Dear candidates, The Bar Council of India Trust-PEARL FIRST after successfully concluding the All India Bar Examination-XX, notifies that the next All India Bar Examination, i.e. All India Bar Examination-XXI (AIBE-XXI) is scheduled to be held on June 7, 2026 for which the registration process begins on February 11, 2026.
The Bar Council of India holds the All India Bar Examination, as per the direction of Hon’ble Apex Court in SLP No. 22337 of 2008 in the matter of Bar Council of India v. Bonnie Foi Law College & Ors. The All India Bar Examination acts as a qualifying exam which every practising advocate who has enrolled after 2010 must successfully pass in order to practice before the Courts.

Note: The passing percentage for General and OBC candidates is fixed at 45% and for SC/ST and Specially abled candidates the passing percentage is fixed at 40%.
