Syllabus for All India Bar Exam-XXI

Dear Candidates,

The Bar Council of India Trust – PEARL FIRST has released the official syllabus for the All India Bar Examination-XXI (AIBE-XXI) to guide candidates preparing for the upcoming examination. The syllabus outlines the subjects and the distribution of questions that will be asked in the examination, helping candidates understand the key areas of law they must focus on while preparing.

The AIBE-XXI syllabus covers a wide range of core legal subjects including Constitutional Law, Criminal Law (IPC/Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita), Criminal Procedure Code, Civil Procedure Code, Evidence Law, Family Law, Administrative Law, Professional Ethics, Company Law, Environmental Law, Cyber Law, Labour Law, Law of Tort, Taxation, Contract Law, Property Law, Land Acquisition, and Intellectual Property Laws. The examination will consist of 100 questions distributed across these subjects to evaluate the fundamental legal knowledge and professional competence of aspiring advocates.

Candidates are advised to carefully review the subject-wise question distribution and prepare accordingly to successfully qualify for the All India Bar Examination-XXI. The official syllabus has been issued by the Bar Council of India Trust to ensure transparency and provide a clear preparation framework for all candidates appearing in the examination.
